The Next Step Programs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2015 to empower young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bucks County. Our year‑round team of full‑ and part‑time staff, seasonal facilitators, and summer staff delivers person‑centered day and evening programs, from our Explore community outings to job‑skills workshops. Guided by the principle that at least 25 percent of our workforce has lived disability experience, we build inclusion through local partnerships, family events, and advocacy, changing lives one connection at a time.
