This Winter 2023, we are bringing TNS to a new community! We are so excited to be launching our first Transition Social Group in West Chester, PA. In May 2022, we expanded our operations beyond Bucks County, PA! We are so excited to be bringing social groups and other skill building programs to the Cumberland County region. Check out our Winter 2023 program info below!
In Fall 2022, we launched our first Transition Social Group in Lititz, PA where we worked together on our advocacy and independent living skills.
