Established in 2015, The Next Step Programs (TNS) was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between high school and adulthood for young adults with disabilities. We believe that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to live a full, engaged, and meaningful life.

At TNS, we don’t just support individuals—we challenge limitations, break down barriers, and redefine possibilities. By working alongside families, businesses, and local organizations, we are building a future where young adults with disabilities are not just included but are leaders, contributors, and valued members of society.

As a qualified Medicaid Waiver Provider under Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs, we are proud to offer state-approved, person-centered services that empower individuals to reach their goals.
