TNS Times

Hi everyone, I’m back for another post, this time about friendship! One of the main goals that TNS aims to achieve is to help young adults make friendships. It’s important to me and TNS, so I’m writing about it today.

I think it’s important to have friends for a lot of reasons. Friends can help you by teaching you how to be more independent and live an independent life. Friends also help keep you motivated and encourage you to stay healthy. The last reason that I think having friends is important is because they can give you some good advice on what to do in life.

For example, my high school friend, Annie, once told me, “Always stay true to yourself” and “Achieve the goals you set for yourself in the future, and those are the goals that will always be there with you.” I believe in this advice because I still use it today.

Working and being at TNS has taught me a lot about friendships. I learned that including friends in your activities is a good way for them not to be alone. I also learned that being a team player means cheering your teammates and friends on. The most important thing that I’ve learned is that you should always be a supportive friend and have their back.

Friendship can mean a lot of different things to different people. To me, it means being supportive because when my friends need me, I am always there for them. It also means that people think you’re a nice person to be around.

My advice to someone who is struggling with making friends is simple. I’d tell them some fun facts about yourself and sit with them at lunch. I would also ask them about their favorites so that I get to know them better. You could also sit next to them in class and ask them to be your partner.

I’d like to end my post about friendship by shouting out my friends. So thank you to the following people who are my besties: Hailey, Josh, Julia, Jessica, Hadley (my dog), Hannah, Ricky, Victoria, Annie, Carly, Connor, Mike (my boyfriend), Zoe, Meghan, Emily and more!
