DOYLESTOWN, Pennsylvania – The Next Step Programs (TNS) is ecstatic to announce the
hiring of Kimberly Cambra as the Community Relations Director. With a remarkable career
spanning 16 years, Kimberly brings an exceptional blend of community building expertise and
marketing management experience to her new role.
Kimberly’s extensive background includes serving as the Executive Director of CB Cares for 15
years, where she demonstrated her dedication to her community by enhancing and empowering
educators, students and their families. She has also served as a Marketing Director for numerous other organizations and companies. Her diverse roles have equipped her with a deep
understanding of event management, marketing strategies, and relationship-building within the community.
Known in the community for her high energy, focus, and relentless work ethic, Cambra is
passionate about creating unique and memorable events that leave a lasting impact. She has a proven track record of infusing her knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality into every project
she undertakes, elevating the ordinary to the extraordinary.
At TNS, Cambra will spearhead efforts to enhance community well-being by forging new
partnerships and creating resources to open up future opportunities. Her visionary leadership and passion for community engagement make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
