Hello!! My name is Abby Jones Plummer and welcome to Abby’s World – my new blog hosted here at The Next Step Programs. I am 27 years old and I graduated from Central Bucks West in Doylestown in 2016 . It is Important for me as an Advocate with a disability to work here at The Next Step Programs. I learn how to be a role model for kids who have disabilities and I learned a lot of skills to help me and other young adults to voice their opinions and to be strong and i can help them to advocate for themself.
I love helping and supporting my friends and working with little kids. I love spending time with and taking care of them. In the future, I want to get an apartment in Doylestown so I can be close to my work and be close to my parents and my friends too.
My hobbies that I like to do in my free time are hanging out with my friends and playing video games . In the future I want to become a blogger because I love making memories and writing stories because I love to write in my alone time. When I was a little girl I always wanted to follow my dreams in the future and I always wanted to look up to my sisters for some advice to do in my life.
Working at The Next Step Programs is a huge opportunity for me because I can be more involved with the community and being more helpful and supporting my work. Working for The Next Step Programs is like a dream come true for me because I can be helpful with my coworkers. I just love being apart of TNS because I love creating new friendships and I love being supportive to my work colleagues.
